[Savoring the kiss. Also savoring the feel of soft strands as he cups the back of Anubis' head. When they break he rubs a thumb over the reddest part of Anubis' cheek. Nine's gaze is completely focused on him, and the look is accompanied by a grin that is more possessive than tender.]

Looks like I can still make you blush.

[laughs breathlessly and meets Nine's gaze with obvious affection.]

Is that a surprise?

[Kissing his jawline before wrapping his arms around his neck and resting his head against Anubis' shoulder again. Only because he is literally sitting on top of him, Anubis can feel him slightly shiver. Cold weather plus Bad End style does not for winter wear make.]

Care to move onto stage two of this outing?

[gently rubs a hand up and down his back, whether as a gesture of affection or in an effort to warm him up, it's not clear. it's probably both.]

[He nips his neck with teeth as a thank you gestures for Anubis' actions before untangling and getting back up.

And where are they going? Somewhere warm!

He parks the motorcycle in front of the onsen.]

[It's nice and heated. Thank goodness. And more importantly, it has tables to eat the dinner that Silk made which Nine Nine does go about setting up.]

No, came with the rest of my unit once. But only the once, because I had to walk. Do you want some help?

[Tapping his chin.]

Now that I think about it I recall Persephone saying he'd come here once, too. That must be the same time.

[Nodding at his question and handing him some of the take out. Somehow the meal managed to be well rounded with more than just almost raw meat. There is probably even some greenery in there!]

Yeah, we spent some time relaxing in the baths together. My legs really appreciated it after all that time walking.

[not just raw meat! truly, 99 spoils him. he helps set everything up and then takes a seat.]

[Taking a seat next to him instead of across.]

Ha! That just means you need more exercise.

I don't think you're supposed to say things like that on a date!

[Taking Anubis' fork and spearing it with some leafy greens and handing it to him.]

Keep those thoughts for after dinner. Isn't that the rule? Something about dining first.

[He also pulls out of the bag a pair of those vending machine cold teas and put them on the table. And once Anubis starts eating, he'll join in with gusto. At least he properly eats with a fork and a knife instead of substituting all kitchen utensils with his teeth. But he's a sloppy eater. No surprise there.]

[Anubis is, equally unsurprisingly, less of a sloppy eater, though also enthusiastic.]

I'll have to thank Silk-san for this.

I'm sure she'll appreciate it. Though I had to be called 'cute' to get this. The lengths I go for you. Honestly.

Well, you are pretty cute. [laughs] But I appreciate the sacrifice.

You're supposed to be correcting people. Not encouraging them.

[Makes a whining sound with no real 'oomph' behind it. And Nine probably finishes first because chewing is an optional part of eating. And when he is done, he's going to lean more into Anubis' space and gently rub random patterns up and down his back.]

Hey, I'm trying to finish up...!

[but he doesn't actually sound like he's complaining, either. especially since it's not long until he's just drinking his tea.]

So I can tell.

[Biting Anubis' neck a little before standing up. He leaves the containers and food to pick up later as he walks into the onsen.]

You're distractinggggggg...

[he's looking amused -- though the bite makes him trail off with a hitch in his breathing instead.

he follows Nine.]

[He does take the bag with him as he throws it haphazardly on one of the benches in the changing room. He leans against the wall waiting for him. Good thing no one is probably here after such a shitty game.]

[stands in front of him, arms clasped behind his back.]
