[Anubis is, equally unsurprisingly, less of a sloppy eater, though also enthusiastic.]

Well, you are pretty cute. [laughs] But I appreciate the sacrifice.

You're supposed to be correcting people. Not encouraging them.

[Makes a whining sound with no real 'oomph' behind it. And Nine probably finishes first because chewing is an optional part of eating. And when he is done, he's going to lean more into Anubis' space and gently rub random patterns up and down his back.]

Hey, I'm trying to finish up...!

[but he doesn't actually sound like he's complaining, either. especially since it's not long until he's just drinking his tea.]

So I can tell.

[Biting Anubis' neck a little before standing up. He leaves the containers and food to pick up later as he walks into the onsen.]

You're distractinggggggg...

[he's looking amused -- though the bite makes him trail off with a hitch in his breathing instead.

he follows Nine.]

[He does take the bag with him as he throws it haphazardly on one of the benches in the changing room. He leans against the wall waiting for him. Good thing no one is probably here after such a shitty game.]

[stands in front of him, arms clasped behind his back.]

Okay, okay, I'm here now.

If you would allow me the honors.

[Tugging on the hem of Anubis' shirt.]

[obediently raises his arms over his head so that Nine can pull off his shirt.]

Go ahead.

[rollwithdisadvantage]

[Tossing the shirt on a bench and trailing his fingers around Anubis' waist. He'll kneel down and start removing his shoes and his socks and basically attempt to strip him down to his boxers.]

[flusters a little, one hand coming to rest gently on top of Nine's head like he's not sure what else to do with it.]

I mean-- I can take care of that...

[but he does move to assist at the proper moments, lifting one foot and then the other.]

Of course you can.

[Nine lets the pads of his fingers run up Anubis' legs, hips, sides before resting them on either side of his face. He gives him a very chaste kiss before kicking off his own shoes and socks.]

[his breath stutters at the combination of the unexpected gentleness of Nine's touch followed by the kiss-- and then he's slipping his own hands under the hem of Nine's shirt.]

Should I return the favor?

[Thinking about it for half a second. Not part of the original plan, but adjustments!]

If you wouldn't mind.

[slides his hands up Nine's chest, taking the shirt with him, until it gets high enough that he has to tug it off.]

[Assisting in a minimal effort kind of way. When the shirt is off he runs fingers down his own chest.]

[leans in to press a kiss just under Nine's collarbone.]

[Humming contently before picking up Anubis bride style and carrying him towards the washing stations.]

We aren't even going to make it to the actual onsen at this rate.

[puts his arms around Nine's neck with a laugh.]

Whose fault is that?

Ha!

[Touche. He sets him down on a stool and turns the knob to start the hot water running. His hands finds Anubis' shoulders and he kneads a few times just to relax any tension. Before long Nine is sliding his fingers up his throat and into his hair pulling it back so he can start washing it.]

Mmm...

[lets out a pleased sigh, visibly relaxing under Nine's hands -- completely vulnerable but unworried.]

That's-- that's really nice.

[Finger combing Anubis hair while adding a little more hot water careful to both not get water in his eyes or pull on any tangles.]

Onsen trips are supposed to be relaxing, aren't they?

[Kissing his shoulder before getting a cloth to clean him. Though he does lean forward and traces the five scars on his torso humming a bit before getting started.]

[laughs softly, eyes closed]

This is more like a spa right now.
